The project is about longevity and breaking stereotypes about the elderly.
After analyzing how they are represented in the media and cinema, Its discovered that the image they provide us is far from reality and very outdate.

Choosing an specific client that breaks the stereotypes such us the Rock and Roll Yogui Old man, the project is developed as a building with public use in the north of Madrid.

The plot is in between a square and in the opposite sice the countryside.The building is adapted to the topography so every space has views to the mountainous landscape and these spaces are defined by the change of heigh.

An acoustic gradient crosses from music, noise, public and urban spheres to silence, yoga and nature providing new and more complex scenarios, intergenerational relationships and connexion with nature and urban spheres trying to achieve the integration of this segment of society.
