Submission tips and recommendations:

Author: make sure you type your name the same way every time you submit a new project.

Email: this will not be public, it is only for us to be able to contact you.

Website: this will be public. You can add your own website, tumblr, Facebook page, instagram url or any other personal website.

Project title: make sure your title has not been used before. Please make sure the title is written in English.

Calification: this will not be public, but we need to register it for internal purposes.

With Honors: toggle on if your project was awarded “With Honors”.

Project Description: the project description is a good way to let other people find your work. Make sure it is concise and descriptive. Please make sure the description is written in English.

Year/course/unit/scale: please select the correct categories in order to place your project in the correct sections of the archive.

Images: images must be 1280px in the longest side and less than 3 MB weight. If your image is mostly lines, save it as png. If your image is mostly coloured, save it as jpg. You can also upload gifs, but they need to be less than 3 MB weight as well.

Featured thumbnail: this is the main image of your project, the one that will be shown in the archive matrix.

Project images: please make sure every image has a title written in English. The images will appear in the order you uploaded them. If you are Undergrad student, you can submit a maximum of 10 images. If you are Graduate (master) student, you can submit 20 images maximum. If you submit more than the maximum, the extra images will be automatically deleted.
Please make sure everything is correct before you press “Submit”. Once you press it and the counter gets to 100%, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your project is reviewed and published, you will receive another confirmation email with your project’s url.
