My project is centered on a tower, emphasizing an innovative and playful approach to spatial design.

The structure consists of 25 floors, featuring a lobby on the ground floor and residential units on the subsequent levels. The top two floors, however, are dedicated to urban gardens, offering numerous benefits such as direct sunlight exposure, enhanced air circulation, and improved thermal insulation. Additionally, the basement level (-1) houses a swimming pool, providing a shared recreational space for all residents.

The residential units are characterized by a dynamic interplay between open and closed spaces. Sliding doors allow the homes to be completely opened, maintaining a connection to traditional architectural elements. Furthermore, the design incorporates variations in floor levels within each unit, creating a sense of spatial complexity through the interplay of levels, overlaps, and interconnections.
