G.M. water research center
We were given an industrial building (in this case: Glenn Martin's, by Albert Kahn), which was used as a reference to develop the project from a theoretical standpoint. We would work in a virtual plot of 100 X 100 meters, which would eventually grow in every direction, forming an endless grid, that could be understood as a city made up of different variations of this 100 x 100 meters pixel.

The Glenn Martin's is an aircraft hangar, its main characteristic being that its support rests at the sides. This creates a, roughly, 100 meters long gap. The purpose of the project would be to keep the nature of the building, by hanging the housing from the structure, and leaving a huge public plaza in the ground floor.
