Green-Mère
Green-Mère proposes a new urban micro-ecosystem, which, starting from the original structure , Grand-Mère, merges with the natural ecosystem of green spaces and organic orchards sized to maximize the energetic performance and sustainability. It is also capable of offering the services and spaces of interrelation necessary for work, leisure and sport.

An urban micro-ecosystem, in which the original structures are wrapped in a second skin designed with the objective of maximizing the energy efficiency and achieving an energy self-sufficient ecosystem. A self-sufficient ecosystem that is achieved through a combined strategy of dimensioning of the skins depending on their orientation, implantation of nature, organic gardens, watering systems and geothermal and solar panneling.

This is an urban ecosystem inspired by contemporary industry. An ecosystem connected to its environment, nourishing itself with the materials, facilities and industrial structures that have fallen into disuse in the area.

To sum up, Green-Mère is an architectural proposal that raises a new model of living in urban, self-sufficient, responsible and ecological micro ecosystems, which enhance social relations and life in society. A way of living in and for the society.
