A stair that with the idea of torsion progressively discovers the interior space. This creates a vertical walk closed to the outside, which ends up showing the city of Madrid at the top as a grandstand.

Continuing this idea of enclosure to the outside, there is a research center that generates an interior space, which develops around a central courtyard. This ends up creating a close and welcoming atmosphere for students of the university city of Madrid.
