The proposal is based on the idea of returning to a continuous relief, thus extending the park to the housing barrier of Cosmos Street. The house develops in height starting from a central core, which contains all the facilities and furniture necessary to develop the life of the house, a roof and a mobile platform, which from a metal structure, manages to raise and lower the platform to access the housing services proposed in the nucleus. This project thus achieves the least destruction of the land, thus developing the park's life and, in turn, the life of the high-rise dwellings.

The proposal aims to create a second skin of the park and thus develop two parallel lives in one place the life of the high-rise housing and the community life of the park. The houses blend with the surroundings due to their geometry obtained from the geometry of a tree, with this we obtain a large tree mass that allows a pleasant stay under it in the park.

The housing unit is characterized by offering a multipurpose space with a central core where all the necessary services to develop life are concentrated. They will take into account aspects such as the interaction of light in the home, privacy, public vs. private, all developed at a height of 6 to 12 meters high where that look is sought in the mountains of Madrid, of which they will be private to the houses of the neighborhood due to the construction of towers in that territory.

At the end of the day, we are facing a project that was born from the demolished houses that have been diluted from the land to make room for these new seed houses, proposing not only the housing units but also a development of the park so that all can enjoy it. the inhabitants of the neighborhood generating inter-neighborhood relations.
