The project is situated in Pinto border, specifically in farming areas that "break" the horizontal part of the building. It has very large size, approximately 1.2km, and it is divided in two: the vertical part, where the houses are located, and the horizontal part, that has houses and collective spaces.

The building is inspiring in the concept of MAT-BUILDING, therefore the main characteristic is the thickness and the density, it’s a city compressed in a building so it allow to take up less space. This building can accommodate from 6000 to 8000 people, and it can grow indefinitely.
