The project consists of a landscape of collective workspaces located on the M40, the key to the project is the structure, which not only supports the whole but also introduces a rhythm that I have used to modulate the rest of the elements. The structure consists of a system of overlapping edge beams, which are supported by large screened pillars. The building is surrounded by large masses of vegetation, located following the same rhythm as well as the parking spaces on the entry floor. Following the order of the beams, the interior is divided by work capsules, closets, and small patios. Bathrooms follow the same module as closets and vertical communications alternate to communicate all areas of the complex between the big edge beams. Big Patios are the main light source and they are staggered at different levels and contain vegetation.
The structure of the project sets a rhythm that is used to modulate the different elements of the project.
