The following project is developed in Sancti-Petri, Cádiz. It consists on the realization of a village dedicated to the nautical world, where the sea, the landscape and the trace of time are the basis of the proposal, a proposal which seeks both the recovery of the landscape and, at the same time, the urbanization and the reactivation of an old fishing village through the rehabilitation of its scarce pre-existing and the implementation of a new urban fabric. This fabric will be formed by two architectures: one permanent and the other ephemeral. The latter will serve to accommodate the population changes already suffered and the ones that this area is expected to suffer, an area which at certain times of the year can double and even triple the number of inhabitants.

For the permanent urban fabric a High Performance Center is projected as an annual and constant economic engine that gives stability to the village, while the temporary will serve to host the different championships, sports concentrations, camps, tourism, fishing, etc.

In short, the consolidation of the small town is proposed through a concrete and constant economic engine, but at the same time creating a village that transforms and adapts itself to the needs of each moment, through an ephemeral and reversible architecture that is prepared to remain in time.
