PORYGON Z + DURALUDON
Designed to amaze Villaverde Bajo-Cruce's residents with a combination of buildings that has never been seen before.

The first part of the project was a residential building, composed by the superposition of horizontal plane-like structures with unexpected, cubic geometries, to which I inserted small "nomad houses, wich have the capability of moving and transforming to the liking of the user. This quality allows for unique distributions and ways of interacting with one another to happen, creating new spaces that suit the users' ideas and give endless possibilities for the appearence of the building while maintaining its essence.

The second part of the project intended to answer to one of the most lingering problems in Villaverde Bajo-Cruce; its lack of public squares or plazas. In order to do this, the prompt was to create an "agora" which could house public transport users and residents in the surrounding areas and also serve as a landmark which could define Villaverde's image. Another key concept to keep in mind was providing shade, as the plot we were working on recieves insane amounts of direct sunlight. To satisfy these needs I created a sun and shade platform with vertical planes wich would provide the much needed shade, but I also modified their heights at certain points in order to respond to its functional needs as an agora while also giving it a distinct look which would catch the attention of people passing by.
