In Cádiz a industrial estate spreads in the south-west entrance of the city, La Zona Franca. A industrial estate where the multinatinational companys take benefit of the special regulations, wich doesn't prevent from the first cases of abandonment.

A infraestructural intervention is proposed, a new boundary which look's like the port kranes. This building will reorganaise the industrial estate by splitting it by half.

A 400 meter long building, a infraestructure capable to contain multiple activities and functions. An architectural base, a systme able to put up with changes trhough time as well as establish relations between the public and the private. Which will be filled in with units, cointainers of the elements able to make architecture inside the base. Such infraestructure will not be a naked overload structure, it will be a system. The skeleton, the conections, the network and finally the skin are the system elements.

Those units, hanging from the overloading structure, will contain the program to reactive the industrial estate and stablish relations between the private sector, the enterpraising, and the common people. By integrating the 4.0 industry as a new industrial system.
