ROBOTIC INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX
"The Valley of Sabero spat its black belly through the wells of La Herrera and Sucesiva. The wagons with their black cargo were dragged by a smoking machine to Vegamediana, while the buckets climbed the mountain in their incessant coming and going to carry the debris, making mountains "

The mountain no longer vomits, the rattle has ceased, the valley sleeps, dies. The coal industry is extinguished. The Vegamediana factory, an old abandoned coal wash located in Sabero, León, remains a vestige of the past.

With the intention of reactivating the economic activity of the valley, in crisis after the closing of the mines, it is proposed the implantation of a new industry, modern and future in the old factory, replacing the old exploitation, and leaving the mountain to continue its lethargy.

A system is generated: a spatial, constructive and structural system that shapes the different spaces based on their function: warehouses, workshops, offices ... that combine and overlap to generate the new industrial spaces. Buildings, which are made up of materials from the same industrial imaginary, welcoming the new machinery and production, prototypes, to small pieces, according to the developed systems, used, not only to establish a plan that resolves all the units of the complex, but in order to create a system, to rise to the new industrial city.
