The project proposes a housing complex that emerges through a volumetric approach born from the combination of different housing units generated through the use of a standard marked by a spatial and structural module that governs the spaces and forms of the proposal, further characterized by the clear edge situation resolved by a lattice placed toward the west. In this way, a series of homes is developed that emphasizes a set of open spaces, both shared and private, fostering a way of life based on connection with neighbors and the neighborhood through the different open-air situations offered by the volumetry of the proposal.
