Se hace camino al andar
This project is born from a deep conviction: that life is a journey, not a destination. That human beings do not simply inhabit space, but transform it with every step, every decision, every lived experience. Architecture, like existence, is not a fixed structure, but a path that is made, and understood, by walking it.

The city in the air is not a suspended utopia: it is an elevated metaphor for human growth. Each ascending section represents a stage of life, a moment of transformation. From childhood, where everything is discovery and play, to adulthood, where we build, share, and leave a mark. And finally, to old age, where time becomes wisdom and memory, and space becomes legacy.

In this city, the journey is not only physical. It is emotional, spiritual, symbolic. It reflects our relationship with the world and with ourselves. As wanderers, we leave traces in the air, weaving an architecture that rises with us, that grows with us, that becomes the landscape of a life lived.

Here, inhabiting is a poetic act.
Here, space is not imposed: it is discovered.
Here, it’s not about arriving, but about walking.

Because there is no city without a path, and no path without life.
And because, as Antonio Machado said,

“Caminante, no hay camino, se hace camino al andar.”
