This appears in the houses, where energy efficiency is achieved by incorporating water and deciduous trees. In addition to this environmental comfort, the incorporation of these trees creates a direct relationship with nature, and a healthier way of living, since the trees in common areas will be aleppo pines, which have a high capacity to capture CO2.
A mat-building of patio houses for athletes, located in the Ciudad Universitaria of Madrid, which faces Casa de Campo and is close to the M-30.
The structure, formed by overlapping reinforced concrete beams, provides the insulation that is needed, and generates different spaces meant to be discovered. Furthermore, it creates a privacy gradient that places the most public areas at the bottom of the tapestry, and the most private at the highest level, where the houses are found.
