The aim of the project is developing a new concept of library, in which every single user has a personal and the specific place of comfort and privacy. It works also as a place that incorporates every kind of cultural activity of Pamplona.

It is composed of a concrete basement and a series of flats in which are set isolated penetrable blocks covered with bookshelves. Every single block is dedicated to a specific issue. A perimeter glass enclosure makes every floor work by its own, allowing double highs when two of them are together.

The flats are displaced looking for the best access to the views, and so, the position of the blocks creates atmospheres that overlap the visual interferences of the place.
