How to live in productive fields and to produce in living environment?
We find in the suburbs many industrial fabrics, with large areas, abundant infrastructures and obsolete fields. Zoning planning created this area, where the dynamics lies on working hours and public or share areas are often absent from those territories.
The aim of the project is to restructure this monofunctional districts, creating a new model of life and working with the installation of housing and facilities. Mixing the local scale with a new one, preserving the production and making it visible to the city.
These new spaces will create a permeability in the area, through an open floor plan and a new centrality will be a focus of attraction for the city.
The new homes are designed for different types of users related to the world of entrepreneurship. Common spaces within these houses are included, such as workshops, classrooms or greenhouses. In such a way that a new model of life and a new community of workers is created.
In addition to rise in height they will create a greater density and a new profile in this industrial area.
