The project begins with the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to generate architectural schematics and complex patterns, serving as a basis for design. AI is also used to create three-dimensional objects from images, helping to identify spatial and material properties. This high-resolution approach enables detailed and accurate design from the outset.

In the collective phase, individual plans and sections are merged into a specific context, defining perimeters, layouts and uses of space. Envelopes and materials are developed, using ETFE and metal trusses to create an optimal structure.

The project occupies 24,000 m² and transforms the existing towers with macro-structures wrapped in parametric concrete blocks that control natural light and improve energy efficiency. It includes housing, common areas, parks and retail, fostering a self-sufficient community.

Suspended metal-framed capsules with PVC panels provide leisure and recreation spaces. A second ETFE envelope is used for commercial areas, ensuring harmony between residential and commercial zones.

A coherent visual experience is achieved by extending the exterior envelope to subway areas, using reinforced concrete and ETFE and PVC panels for durability and efficiency. The evolving and adaptable project responds to present and future needs.
